Contact Support →Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Because we pre-book hotels, local transport services, and guides, cancellation charges are applied based on the timing of your notice before departure:
| Notice Received Before Tour Date | Cancellation Fee Charged |
|---|---|
| 30 Days or More | 15% of Package Cost |
| 15 to 29 Days | 30% of Package Cost |
| 7 to 14 Days | 50% of Package Cost |
| Less than 7 Days / No Show | 100% of Package Cost |
Special Supplier Caveats
Exceptions apply to our standard timeline. The following bookings are non-refundable regardless of when cancellation notice is sent:
- Luxury heritage hotels, selected peak-season properties, or glamping stays during high-demand holidays.
- Confirmed flights, Volvo bus tickets, or toy train reservation charges.
- Special wildlife permits, camping clearances, or inner line permit fees.
Force Majeure Clause
IMPORTANT NOTE: In cases where tours are cancelled or cut short due to natural disasters (landslides, heavy snowfall blocking passes, cloudbursts), road blockades, political strikes, or sudden government travel bans, Travokro is not liable to issue cash refunds. Instead, we will issue a travel credit voucher of equivalent value (after deducting non-recoverable supplier fees) valid for 12 months, or suggest an alternate route or itinerary.
General Travel Notice
Please note that mountain weather is volatile. Travokro coordinates closely with local administration and traffic control. Minor deviations in hotel properties or routes may be executed during active landslides or snowfall blocks to ensure traveler safety, and will be communicated transparently.
