To confirm your hotels, cabs, and permits, we follow a structured, stage-based payment schedule:
30% Advance Deposit
Paid to initiate booking confirmations and secure preliminary reservations.
50% Mid-Payment
Paid 15 days before the departure date to secure hotel vouchers and permit allocations.
20% Remaining Balance
Paid on arrival or 7 days prior to departure, depending on your customized booking agreement.
Payment Methods
We accept payments via Net Banking, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), and major credit/debit cards. Ensure all transaction confirmations are shared with your assigned travel agent via email or WhatsApp.
General Travel Notice
Please note that mountain weather is volatile. Travokro coordinates closely with local administration and traffic control. Minor deviations in hotel properties or routes may be executed during active landslides or snowfall blocks to ensure traveler safety, and will be communicated transparently.
